Northeastern Coffee Equipment was founded in Pawtucket Rhode Island in 2015. We expanded operations to Providence, RI and Attleboro, MA in 2023.

Northeastern split off from our sister company, New Harvest Coffee Roasters, when the need for professional espresso equipment repair and maintenance in New England outgrew one specialty coffee roaster.

Our tech team brings experience from all over the country working closely with equipment manufacturers and master technicians to bring our New England customers the latest machine technologies, coffee industry trends and more than 20 years of real world experience working with the best and biggest names in the industry.

We specialize in the installation and repair of commercial espresso and coffee brewing equipment. We repair La Marzocco, Mazzer, Nuova Simonelli, Mahlkonig, Rancilio, Mavam, Modbar, Wilbur Curtis, Fetco, Bunn, Marco and all other major brands of commercial espresso, coffee brewing and grinding equipment.

Northeastern Coffee Equipment also services and maintains water filtration systems for cafes and restaurants. We stock and support Everpure and Nimbus Water systems and deal with everything from sediment to reverse osmosis filtration. Our approach to water is a scientific one; we test your supply water for eight different parameters and make a recommendation based on our findings to protect your investment and optimize your product’s quality. Simply put good water makes for good coffee and long lasting equipment.

We serve Rhode Island, Connecticut and Massachusetts- including metro Boston, the Cape and the Islands- New Hampshire, Vermont and Maine.

Our goal is to make sure your shop has minimal downtime. Repairs can be handled on site or in specific cases we’ll take your machine back to our fully equipped workshop and provide a loaner machine for you to use while yours is being repaired.

Northeastern Coffee Equipment is open Monday through Friday from 8am until 5pm, excluding major holidays. We do offer 24/7/365 emergency service.
