Water Filtration

It all begins with water filtration. Coffee is about 98.751% water. Starting with the best water will not only aid you in providing the best cup of coffee to your customers, it can help make sure your equipment lasts for years to come.

That’s where we come in- with over 20 years of experience working with water all across the United States- we know how important the correct filter is for your cafe because we’ve seen just about everything. Mineral build up that looks like blue rock candy? Yup. Filters clogged with red clay after just two days? Yeah. Machines with holes in the boiler or tank after just 6 months? Sorry to say it- the answer is yes, yet again.

With constant and proper analysis we can maximize your dollar and be sure you’re starting off every day on the right foot.

Regular Maintenance

There are a number of different facets to consider when thinking about regular maintenance visits versus emergency visits.

Regular Maintenance visits are planned visits. Planned with you to find the time that is most convenient and the time that works best for your business. It also means there is an expense you can plan and budget for versus getting a surprise bill at what always feels like the worst possible time. A regular maintenance visit can also catch a problem while it’s still small rather than letting that small problem become a big problem that will affect your ability to serve your customers.

With our team working to create a customized preventative maintenance plan tailored for the needs of your business and your equipment, down time becomes a thing of the past.

We use the equipment manufacturer’s recommendations as the foundation for building your plan. From there, we consider the needs of your business as well as our experiences working in other local cafes to guide us towards the best solution for you. And if something isn’t working out quite as you expected? Not a problem. Our preventative maintenance plans aren’t set in stone. As a matter of fact, we analyze our results regularly to be sure the plans put in place are as effective as can be without over-doing it. When we find an opportunity for improvement, we jump at the chance.

We also carefully consider the unique needs of each customer and their business when putting together a plan. It doesn’t make a lot of sense to us to recommend a visit quarterly to a seasonal business that closes for the winter.

Give us a call to discuss your options and allow us to create a plan custom tailored to you.
